  Unconfirmed. Antic's state list (Oct 14, 2026) leaves it out; our research (Oct 16, 2026) found it offered with limits. The research has Kalshi limited in Nevada from a court stipulation reported by TickerTracker; Antic's list left Nevada out as geofenced. No regulator or Kalshi page in the research covers Nevada. Research note: Sports, election and entertainment contracts geofenced under a July 2026 court stipulation (Nevada says the Aug 12 deadline was missed); other markets offered.
