Key points
18+
Antic is a sports data service for people 18 and older. It never handles bets.
Antic is not a sportsbook
Antic is information and education software. It never accepts, places, holds or settles bets, and it never holds your money. Opening a sportsbook from Antic is not a bet.
Prices and estimates can be wrong
Odds come from third-party data and can be late or wrong, so always check the price at the book. Fair odds, EV, win probability, grades and ratings are estimates, not predictions or advice. Nothing guarantees a win.
Antic Pro
Pro is $14.99 a month or $149.99 a year, with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers, and it renews until you cancel. Pro bought in the iPhone app is billed by Apple; Pro bought on the website is billed by Stripe. Each is cancelled where you bought it.
Founder 500
Applying is free and needs no purchase. Antic chooses founders at its discretion. If you are chosen, you get Pro on your account, and we ask you to help spread the word and tell us what you think. We can end founder access or remove an account at any time.
Community and fair use
Be respectful, and don't spam or sell picks. Your account is just for you: no scraping, bots, shared Pro access or reselling Antic data. You can report and block, and we may remove content or accounts that break the rules.
Disputes
Most disputes go to individual arbitration instead of court, and class actions are waived. You can opt out within 30 days. See section 27.

This is a summary
The numbered sections below are the full Terms, and they control if anything in this summary differs.
1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Antic Labs LLC, a Michigan limited liability company ("Antic," "we," "us" or "our"). They cover the Antic iPhone app, the website at tryantic.com, the Antic web app, and every feature, alert, email and service we offer through them (together, the "Service").
By creating an account, applying to a program, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is part of them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Please read section 27 carefully. It requires most disputes to be settled by binding individual arbitration instead of in court, waives class actions and jury trials, and explains how to opt out within 30 days.
2. Who can use Antic
Age
Antic is a sports data service. It shows prices and information and never handles bets. You must be 18 or older to use it.
Where you are
You may use Antic only where using it, and betting on the events it covers, is legal for you. Betting laws differ by country, state and sometimes city, and they change often. You are responsible for knowing and following the rules where you are. Showing a sportsbook, market or price in Antic does not mean you can legally use it.
Personal, non-commercial use
Antic is for your own personal use. You may not use it on behalf of a sportsbook, betting operator, exchange, prediction market, odds or data company, or pick-selling service, or as part of your work for one, unless we agree in writing.
Your promises
By creating an account, applying to Founder 500, subscribing, or otherwise using Antic, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older, that the information you give us is true, that no law (including U.S. sanctions and export laws) bars you from using the Service, and that we have not previously banned you. These are binding promises in this contract. If any of them is untrue, you may not use the Service, we may close your account, and you are responsible for any loss that results, as section 26 (Indemnity) describes.
3. What Antic is, and what it is not
Antic is software for sports odds research, analytics and education. It shows prices from many sportsbooks, prediction markets and exchanges, live scores and game information, community features, and math that helps you compare prices.
Antic is not a sportsbook, casino, bookmaker, betting exchange, prediction market, broker, payment service, tipster, or financial, investment, legal or tax adviser. In particular:
- Antic never accepts, places, holds, matches or settles bets of any kind, for you or for anyone else.
- Antic never takes deposits or holds money for betting. No money for a bet ever passes through Antic.
- Antic does not set odds or lines and does not act as your agent or as an agent of any sportsbook.
- Opening a sportsbook or market from Antic is not a bet. It takes you to a third party that you chose. Your account, deposits, bets, payouts and disputes there are between you and that operator, under its terms.
- If Antic is ever paid for a sportsbook link or placement, we will say so clearly. Payment never changes the prices or math we show.
4. Information and education only, not advice
Everything in the Service is for information, education and entertainment. Nothing in it is betting, financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to place any bet or trade.
This covers every number and tool in Antic, including:
- odds, lines and prices from any sportsbook, exchange or prediction market, and comparisons between them
- fair odds, no-vig prices, implied probabilities and win probabilities
- expected value (EV), edges and hit rates
- arbitrage, middle and low-hold results
- sharp money and line movement indicators, and price history
- prediction-market signals and grades
- player ratings, projections, parlay builder results and fantasy optimizer output
- stake and bet-size suggestions based on the bankroll you enter
These figures are estimates made from market data and models. They are not predictions that something will happen, and they are not tailored to your situation. Models rely on assumptions and can be wrong. A price that looks favorable can still lose, and an arbitrage or middle can fail if a price moves, a book limits or voids a bet, or books settle a market differently. Past results do not predict future results. No result, return or profit is promised or implied.
5. Your decisions and your risk
Betting carries a real risk of losing money. You alone decide whether to bet, where and how much, and you are responsible for every bet you place, whether or not you used Antic. You are also responsible for following each sportsbook's rules and for any taxes on your winnings.
Sportsbooks can limit, reject, void or resettle bets, close accounts, and change their rules. How a bet is settled, including pushes, voids, dead heats and obvious-error rules, is up to the book. Bets you log in Antic's tracker are your own records and may not match how a book settles them.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Antic is not responsible for betting losses, missed or lost winnings, limited or voided bets, or any other loss that comes from using or relying on the Service.
6. Odds, scores and other data
Where the data comes from
Odds, prices, sportsbook details and supported prediction-market data come from our data provider, OpticOdds. Scores, schedules, play-by-play, injuries and other game information come from third-party sports data feeds. We don't control these sources and can't promise they are accurate, complete, current or available.
Delays and errors
Prices move quickly. A price in Antic can be delayed, wrong or already gone, and it may never have been offered to you. Antic shows how fresh its data is where it can, and when a source is down it may show the last data it received, marked with its age. Always check the price, the market and the limits at the sportsbook before you bet.
Where books are available
Antic may start you on the books likely available in your state, using the state you choose or one estimated from your connection. That is a convenience, not a statement that a book will accept you or that betting is legal for you. An "All locations" view shows books that operate somewhere, not books you can use.
Links to books
We check sportsbook and market links before you open them, but a book can change, move or remove a market at any time. Opening a link doesn't place a bet or hold a price for you.
No affiliation
Antic is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any league, team, player, players' association, sportsbook, exchange, prediction market or data provider, unless we say so. Team, league, player and sportsbook names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
7. Your account
Signing in
You create an account with an email address and password. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
Keep it secure and personal
Your account is for you alone. Don't share, sell, rent or transfer it, and don't let anyone else use your sign-in or your Pro access. Keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. If you think someone else has used it, email support@tryantic.com right away.
One account per person
Don't create extra accounts to get more free trials, get around a ban, or avoid limits.
Usernames
Usernames help members find each other. They are not your property. We may refuse, reclaim or change a username that impersonates someone, infringes someone's rights, misleads, is offensive, or is held only to resell. We may limit how often you change your username (currently once every 30 days).
8. Free and Pro features
Antic has free features and one paid plan, Antic Pro. Some tools, including the Edge tools and their results, are part of Pro. We may add, change or remove features in either plan over time.
Antic Pro costs $14.99 a month or $149.99 a year in the United States, plus any tax that applies, or the local price shown when you buy. One Pro subscription unlocks Pro in the iPhone app and on the website when you sign in with the same Antic account.
9. Free trial
Eligible new subscribers can try Antic Pro free for 7 days. Trials are limited to one per person and per account. The App Store applies its own eligibility rules; web trials are also limited by payment card. Checkout confirms eligibility before you subscribe.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically when the trial ends and you are charged the price of the plan you chose. If you cancel in time, you won't be charged. For App Store purchases, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
We may change or end trial offers for new sign-ups at any time. That does not change a trial you have already started.
10. Buying Pro in the iPhone app
In the iPhone app, Antic Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through Apple's App Store. For those purchases:
- Apple charges your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase or when your free trial ends, and Apple's terms and policies apply.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each month or year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple charges the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account settings (on iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions). Deleting the app or your Antic account does not cancel it.
- Apple handles refunds under its own policies, and Antic cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases. You can ask Apple for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- The price of a yearly subscription will not go up during its first 12 months. It renews at the yearly price in effect at renewal, subject to section 13.
11. Buying Pro on the website
You can buy Pro on tryantic.com. Website purchases are processed by our payment processor, Stripe, and this section applies to them:
- Before you pay, we will show the plan, the price, the billing period, any free trial, and the date of your first charge.
- By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method the plan price, plus any tax, at the start of each billing period until you cancel. We don't store your full card number.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month or year until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from your account settings on the website. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. If you cancel during a free trial, you won't be charged.
- If a payment fails, we may retry it or pause Pro until it is resolved.
A subscription bought on the website and one bought through Apple are separate. Each is billed, renewed and cancelled where you bought it, and cancelling one does not cancel the other.
12. Cancellation, refunds and chargebacks
- App Store purchases are cancelled in your Apple Account settings, and Apple decides refunds.
- For website purchases: except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable and we don't give credit for partly used periods. If you think you were charged by mistake, email support@tryantic.com and we'll look into it.
- Please contact us before you dispute a website charge with your bank. While a chargeback is open, we may pause Pro on the account. This doesn't limit any right you have under the law or your card issuer's rules.
13. Price changes
We may change the price of Antic Pro for future billing periods. We will tell you in advance, as the law and the store you bought through require, and a new price applies only from your next renewal after that notice. Apple may ask you to agree to a price increase before it applies to you. If you don't want to pay the new price, cancel before it takes effect. A yearly subscription's price won't go up during its first 12 months.
14. Founder 500 and other promotions
Founder 500 is a program through which Antic plans to choose early members for founder access to Antic Pro.
- No purchase or payment is necessary to apply, and paying for Pro does not improve your chances. The program is void where prohibited.
- You must be 18 or older to apply.
- Antic reviews applications and chooses founders at its sole discretion. Applying does not guarantee that you will be chosen.
- Founder 500 has no separate contest rules. It is an invitation to be an early member, not a contest, sweepstakes or giveaway with prizes, and this section and the Founder 500 page are the whole of its terms.
- If you are chosen, your Antic account gets Pro access. Antic decides how long founder access lasts and may change it.
- In return, we ask that you help get Antic going: share it with people who would use it, and tell us what you think and how you are sharing it. If you post about Antic publicly, say that you received Pro access through Founder 500.
- We may end a person's founder access, or remove or suspend their account, at any time, including for spam, abuse, misuse, or not using the account as intended.
- Founder benefits belong to the chosen account. They cannot be transferred or sold and have no cash value.
- We may change, pause or end the program at any time.
- When you apply, you agree that we can email you about your application and send you Antic news and updates (see section 15). You can unsubscribe from news and updates at any time.
Other contests, giveaways or promotions may have their own rules. Where they do, those rules apply along with these Terms.
15. Emails and notifications
We send emails needed to run the Service, such as account confirmations, password resets, receipts, security notices, notices of changes to these Terms, and messages about a Founder 500 application. These are part of the Service while you have an account or an open application.
When you create an account or apply to Founder 500 and agree to these Terms, you also agree that we may send you Antic news, product updates, offers and alerts by email. Every such email has an unsubscribe link, and you can stop them at any time with that link, in your account settings, or by emailing support@tryantic.com. Unsubscribing does not stop the service emails above while you have an account or an open application. We follow the CAN-SPAM Act and other email laws that apply.
Push notifications in the iPhone app are optional. You can choose categories in Antic's settings or turn notifications off in your device settings.
16. Community features and your content
What you can share
Antic has community features, including game rooms and chat, direct messages, posts, reactions, photos, profiles, follows, check-ins and badges. Anything you post or send is "Your Content."
You own Your Content
You keep ownership of Your Content. You give Antic Labs LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, format, display and share Your Content as needed to run, secure, moderate and improve the Service and to show it to the audiences you choose. This license ends when Your Content is deleted, except for copies kept in backups for a limited time, copies we must keep by law, and content other members have already shared.
Who can see it
Posts, game room chat, reactions and your public profile can be seen by other members, who may copy or screenshot them. You can make your profile private. Direct messages are shared with the people in the conversation. We look at private messages only when needed to run the Service, when a message is reported to us, to protect someone's safety, or when the law requires it.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for Your Content. Only share what you have the right to share, and nothing that breaks these Terms or the law.
Other members
Other members' content and opinions are their own, not Antic's. Picks and tips shared by members are not advice (see section 4). Check-ins, points and badges are for fun. They are not proof of attendance, identity or affiliation, and they have no cash value.
17. Community rules
Keep Antic useful and respectful. Don't:
- harass, threaten, bully, stalk or dox anyone, or post hate speech, sexual content, graphic violence, or content that encourages self-harm
- impersonate a person, team, league, sportsbook or Antic, or mislead people about who you are
- post spam, scams, chain messages or ads, or your own referral or affiliate links
- sell or advertise picks, tips, tout services or paid betting groups, or offer to place bets for others
- encourage anyone to bet where they are underage or where betting is illegal
- share anyone's private information, or post content you don't have the right to share
- post malware, phishing links, or anything illegal
- use the community to plan fraud, match-fixing, or other abuse of sportsbooks or sporting events
18. Reporting, blocking and moderation
You can report messages and chat, and you can block other members. Blocking ends follows and direct messages between you, and you stop seeing each other's messages.
We may review, hide, remove or limit any content, and we may warn, restrict, suspend or ban accounts, with or without notice, if we believe someone broke these Terms, created a risk for other members or for Antic, or if the law requires it. We don't have to monitor everything posted, and we aren't responsible for what members post. If you think we made a mistake, email support@tryantic.com.
19. Data, automated access and reselling
Antic's data and tools are for your personal use inside the Service. You may not, and may not help anyone else to:
- scrape, crawl, harvest or copy data or content from the Service, or access it with bots, scripts or other automated tools, except through features we provide for that purpose
- call Antic's private APIs, or get around rate limits, paywalls, Pro checks or other access controls
- copy, resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense or commercially use odds, prices, estimates, scores or other output from the Service, including in another app, site, feed, group or channel
- share your Pro access or let others use your account
- reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract our source code, models or data feeds, except where the law allows it despite this rule
- use the Service, or anything from it, to build or train a competing product or a machine learning model
- interfere with, overload, probe or breach the security of the Service, or upload malware
- use the Service in a way that breaks the law or anyone's rights
Sharing an occasional screenshot for personal, non-commercial discussion is fine, as long as it isn't used to republish our data.
20. Antic's intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, data compilations, models and calculation methods, is owned by Antic Labs LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial use. We keep all rights we don't expressly give you. "Antic" and our logos are our trademarks. Don't use them without our permission.
Feedback
If you send us ideas, suggestions or bug reports, we may use them for any purpose without owing you anything.
21. Copyright complaints
We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe something in the Service infringes your copyright, send our copyright agent a notice that includes:
- your physical or electronic signature
- a description of the copyrighted work
- where the material is in the Service, such as a link or the username and post
- your name, address, phone number and email
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized by the owner, its agent or the law
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner
Send notices by email to support@tryantic.com with "Copyright notice" in the subject line.
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice as the DMCA allows. In appropriate cases, we close the accounts of repeat infringers.
22. Third-party services
The Service links to and works with services we don't own or control, including sportsbooks, exchanges and prediction markets, Apple's App Store, and services you choose to connect, such as Discord where offered. We aren't responsible for their content, availability, prices, offers, terms, privacy practices or conduct. Your use of them is at your own risk and under their terms.
23. Ending your account
If you leave
You can stop using Antic at any time. Delete your account in Settings in the iPhone app or on the website, or email support@tryantic.com from your account's email address. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription; cancel that in your Apple Account settings. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data after deletion.
If we end your access
We may suspend or end your access to all or part of the Service, with or without notice, if we believe you broke these Terms or the law, created risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if we stop offering the Service. If we end your access without cause while you have a paid website subscription, we will refund the unused part. Otherwise, ending access doesn't entitle you to a refund, except where the law or the store's policies require one.
What continues
Sections that by their nature should continue, including sections 3 to 6, 12, 16, 19 to 21 and 24 to 31, survive after your account ends.
24. Disclaimers
The Service and all data, content and features are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. To the fullest extent the law allows, Antic disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement and accuracy, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
We don't promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that any data, price or estimate will be accurate, complete or current, or that any defect will be fixed. Some places don't allow some of these exclusions, so some may not apply to you.
25. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Antic Labs LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, licensors and data providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, winnings, data or goodwill, or betting or trading losses, arising from or related to the Service or these Terms, under any legal theory, even if we were told such damages were possible.
Our total liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service or these Terms will not be more than the greater of (a) what you paid Antic for the Service in the 12 months before the event that led to the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars ($50).
These limits apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some places don't allow some of these limits, so they may not fully apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
26. Indemnity
To the extent the law allows, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Antic Labs LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) Your Content; (c) any bet or financial decision you make; (d) your dealings with any sportsbook or other third party; (e) your breach of these Terms; or (f) your violation of any law or anyone's rights.
27. Dispute resolution, arbitration and class-action waiver
Try to resolve it with us first
Before starting arbitration or a court case, email support@tryantic.com with your name, your account email, a description of the problem and what you want. If we have a dispute with you, we will do the same using your account email. Both sides will try in good faith to resolve it. If it isn't resolved within 30 days, either side may start arbitration as described below.
Binding individual arbitration
Except as described below, any dispute, claim or controversy between you and Antic arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. The arbitration may be held by video conference, on written submissions, or in Michigan, as the AAA rules allow. Fees are paid as the AAA's Consumer Arbitration Rules provide. The arbitrator's decision is final, and any court with jurisdiction may enter judgment on it.
Exceptions
Either side may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. Either side may ask a court to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property.
Class-action and jury-trial waiver
You and Antic may bring claims against each other only individually, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not combine more than one person's claims. You and Antic each give up the right to a jury trial.
Many similar claims
If 25 or more similar arbitration demands are filed by or against Antic by the same or coordinated lawyers, the AAA's rules for multiple or mass case filings apply, and the demands may be handled in batches.
Opting out
You can opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days after you first agree to these Terms. Email support@tryantic.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and include your name, your account email, and a clear statement that you opt out. Opting out doesn't affect the rest of these Terms. If you opted out of an earlier version of these Terms, you stay opted out.
Time limit
To the extent the law allows, a claim arising from these Terms or the Service must be brought within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.
If part of this section can't be enforced
If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim must be decided in court, not in arbitration, and the rest of this section still applies to other claims.
28. Governing law and venue
These Terms and any dispute between you and Antic are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and section 27 is also governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. For anything not decided in arbitration or small claims court, you and Antic agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Michigan.
29. Apple App Store terms
If you got the Antic app from Apple's App Store, the following also applies:
- These Terms are between you and Antic Labs LLC, not Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Antic, not Apple, is responsible for the app and its content.
- Your license to use the app is limited to Apple-branded devices you own or control, as allowed by the Usage Rules in Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.
- Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app.
- If the app fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the app's purchase price, if any. To the fullest extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
- Antic, not Apple, is responsible for handling any claims by you or anyone else about the app or your use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws.
- If anyone claims that the app or your use of it infringes their intellectual property, Antic, not Apple, is responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging that claim.
- You confirm that you are not in a country under a U.S. government embargo or designated by the U.S. government as supporting terrorism, and that you are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You must follow any third-party terms that apply when you use the app, such as your wireless carrier's.
- Questions, complaints or claims about the app go to support@tryantic.com.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Once you accept them, Apple may enforce them against you.
30. Changes to Antic and to these Terms
We may change, add or remove features of the Service at any time, and features marked as beta or preview may be less reliable or go away. We may also update these Terms. If a change is material, we will tell you before it takes effect, in the app, on the website or by email, and we will update the date at the top. Changes don't apply to disputes that arose before them. If you keep using the Service after updated Terms take effect, you accept them. If you don't agree, stop using the Service and delete your account.
31. General terms
- Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any program terms we publish are the whole agreement between you and Antic about the Service.
- Severability. If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, it is enforced as far as allowed and the rest stays in effect.
- No waiver. If we don't enforce a provision, we can still enforce it later.
- Assignment. You may not transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer them, for example in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
- Events outside our control. We aren't liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages or errors at data providers, sportsbooks, app stores or hosting providers.
- Relationship. These Terms don't create a partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, fiduciary or advisory relationship between you and Antic.
- Notices. We may send notices to your account's email address or in the Service. You can send notices to support@tryantic.com.
- Headings. Section titles are for convenience only.
32. Responsible gaming
Betting should be entertainment, never a way to make money or win back losses. Set limits, bet only what you can afford to lose, and take breaks. Use the deposit limits, time limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion tools that licensed sportsbooks and state programs offer. If gambling is causing problems for you or someone you know, free and confidential help is available: call 1-800-GAMBLER, or call or text the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738). More help is on our Responsible Gaming page.
