For help with your account, billing or the app, email the team. One inbox, read by the people who build Antic; the subject line gets it to the right person.
Never send your password, a full card number or a one-time code. We will never ask for them.

Help us help you the first time
A few details in your first email save a round trip.
- The email address on your Antic account.
- The device you use: iPhone or web, and the app version if you know it.
- What you were doing, and what you expected to happen.
- A screenshot, if it helps. Blur anything private first.
- For a charge: the date and the amount.
Billing and deleting your account
- Billing
- If you started Pro on the web, open Settings, then Membership, then Manage billing to change or cancel it through Stripe. A subscription bought on iPhone is billed by Apple: cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app or your account does not end a subscription, so cancel it first.

- Delete your account in the app under Settings, or email us from the address on your account. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data.
