Cancel where you subscribed.

Antic Pro bought in the iPhone app is billed by Apple. Antic Pro bought on the website is billed by Stripe. Cancelling one does not cancel the other. Deleting the app, or deleting your Antic account, does not cancel a subscription.

Cancel at least 24 hours before a renewal, or before a free trial ends, if you don't want the next charge.

Subscribed in the iPhone app

Eligible new App Store subscribers may get a 7-day free trial. After that, Apple charges unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.

Open the Settings app.
Tap Apple Account.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap Antic.
Tap Cancel Subscription.

The same list is at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. After you cancel, Pro stays until the trial or the paid period ends. Apple handles refunds. Antic cannot refund an App Store charge.

Subscribed on the website

On the website there is no free trial. You are charged when you subscribe. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.

Open Stripe's billing page.
Enter the email you pay with. Stripe emails you a sign-in link.
Cancel there. Stripe shows the date Pro ends, then sends you back to tryantic.com/account.
Signed in on the website, Settings, then Membership, then Manage billing opens the same kind of page.

Not sure which one you bought?

Look at the charge. Apple charges show on your Apple receipt. Website charges show as Stripe or Antic. Email support@tryantic.com with the date and the amount, and we'll point you at the right place. The Terms cover refunds, and the FAQ has the short version.
