In one line: The league's report on a player's availability, such as Probable, Questionable, Doubtful, Out or Injured Reserve.
A receiver is listed Questionable on Thursday. On Saturday he is Doubtful. That is a worse status, so you get an alert. On Sunday he is Questionable again. That is a milder status, so there is no alert.
Illustrative prices, not a live quote.
The league's injury report says how likely a player is to play. Probable means the player is expected to play. Questionable means it is uncertain. Doubtful means the player is unlikely to play. Out means the player will not play.
Injured Reserve means the player is on the league's injured list and is not available. Day-to-day means the player's availability is checked each day.
A pill beside the player shows Out, Doubtful, Questionable, Day-to-day or Suspended. Injured Reserve shows as Out. Probable has no pill, though Antic's alerts do cover it.
Antic can alert you when a player is newly listed as Probable, Questionable, Doubtful, Out or Day-to-day, when a listed status gets worse, and when a player is back to active.
A move to a milder status is not an alert. Injured Reserve changes do not trigger alerts either.
The game summary's injury report is used once it is posted. Before that, the team's roster status is used.
