In one line: Set limits, take breaks and get help if betting stops being fun. Antic never places bets.
Say you decide on $100 for betting this month. If each bet is $10, that is 10 bets in all. Once the $100 is gone, you stop for the month, even if a loss makes you want to win it back. The amounts are only an example. Pick numbers you can afford to lose.
Illustrative prices, not a live quote.
The prices Antic shows come from sportsbooks and exchanges, and they are for information only.
Antic does not place bets, take bets or hold money. Any bet you make is placed outside Antic, with a book you choose.
The rewards in Antic are badges and profile themes. None of them pays money, Pro time or anything you spend.
Decide your limit before you bet, not after a loss. Set a bankroll you can afford to lose, and keep each bet small enough that a losing run will not put you in trouble.
Antic cannot cap the bets you place, because it does not place them. Limits on your betting money are set with the book you bet with.
In Antic, you can cap how many pop-ups and pushes you get each day, under Settings and Notifications.
A break is a planned stop from betting. It can be a day, a week or longer.
Turn on quiet hours to hold back in-app banners. Quiet hours follow your phone's clock. Switch off the alert types you do not need, and step away from the app for a while.
If betting stops being fun, or you find you cannot stop, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER (US). The help is free and confidential, 24 hours a day.
Warning signs include betting more than you planned, chasing losses to win money back, and betting with money you need for everyday costs.
